Yaaas Tea serves up refreshing tea with so many options. The best part is you can add warm Boba to any drink you get.
FARMINGDALE, New York — Taking a sip into bubble tea is an experience, but when you try what YAAAS Tea has to offer it becomes something more.
YAAAS Tea owner Kelly Zhou created her authentic recipes from her roots in Fujian, China.
Bubble tea spot YAAAS TEA, launched last year in Farmingdale, has expanded with the opening of its Huntington location on New York Ave.
Co-founder Kelly Zhou uses her own brown-sugar recipe to add flavoring to tapioca pearls, more commonly known as boba. Here, it’s cooked for three hours at a time and served fresh every hour.
Premium bubble tea, coffee and desserts are now available in Huntington. The Farmingdale-based YAAAS Tea has opened its second location — this one at 347 New York Ave. — last month.
Owner Kelly Zhou said the addition of the Huntington store is a big step for the YAAAS Tea brand, which she plans to expand further on Long Island with 20 new stores within the next three years. She said she would like to eventually expand across the country.
The past four years have seen tremendous growth in the bubble tea sector on Long Island as the drink’s popularity grows, but who makes the best bubble tea on Long Island?
Long Islanders voted Yaaas Tea the winner of the title Best Bubble Tea on Long Island in the 2022 Bethpage Best of Long Island contest.
